This website is operated by Riami Ventures, under the brand name Tatva Chakra (“Tatva Chakra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from www.tatvachakra.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced or linked within these Terms.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We currently offer shipping to eligible destinations within India and selected international destinations.

Delivery timelines displayed on the Site or communicated by us are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to us, you grant Tatva Chakra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and distribute that content for legitimate business, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

is owned by or licensed to Riami Ventures / Tatva Chakra, unless otherwise stated.
